The Cirrus Down Jacket, your 5-panel cap upcycled from down jackets
After the first 4-season version, here comes the down-jacket version of the Cirrus cap.
A new version, all with the carbon footprint of a croissant. The Cirrus DJ takes its cue from an icon - the 5-panel - a design the outdoor community loves.
We made the Cirrus our playground for experimentation. You'll find it in several materials, each with its own technical specs (weight, waterproofing, warmth, breathability…). Always with the same high standards for manufacturing and for respecting the upcycled materials.

Manufacturing Process and Location
This cap is made from synthetic down jackets from a major outdoor brand.
They are carefully sorted and cleaned in France.
The down jackets are then cut up and assembled into caps in Portugal's oldest hat factory.

These end-of-life down jackets are collected from one of the biggest outdoor brands. They are carefully sorted and then thoroughly cleaned. Their technical fabric, originally designed to withstand the cold, offers a lightweight and warm material. Each piece is unique, marked by the history and stitching of its previous life.
