5-year warranty
All our accessories are guaranteed repairable for 5 years:
The first 2 years: free repair, transport included.
From 2 to 5 years: repair always offered, you only pay the round-trip transport costs (approximately €15 for France).
CO2 Impact

A few grams of CO2 for the (new) plastic loop and transport.
Shipping and Returns
Free delivery on orders over €150.
In France :
_ Collection point: €4 within 2-3 working days
Home delivery: €6, within 2 business days
_ Chronopost: €10, next working day.
All orders placed before 12pm (working day) are shipped on the same day.
In Europe: €8 within 3 to 6 working days.
Return or exchange:
Extended delivery times to 30 days for Christmas, thanks to the form available on the contact page. €8 return fee.
Reshipment is offered by Artefact in case of exchange.
