That's why all bags and accessories are guaranteed repairable — for 32 years for bags , and 5 years for accessories.
Bags repairable for life, or almost, for 32 years
- 0 to 2 years: free repair, transport included.
- 2 to 32 years: repairs are always free, you only pay for return shipping (approx. €15 in France).
Why 32 years?
Because we wanted to go much further than the legal 2-year warranty. We've added a 30-year repair warranty to ensure you get a durable product for the very long term. We could have said "lifetime warranty," but we don't know when you'll be gone. We prefer to say 32 years; it's clear, concrete, and binding.
Accessories repairable for 5 years
- 0 to 2 years: free repair, transport included.
- 2 to 5 years: repairs offered, transport at your expense (approx. €15).
What's included in our guarantee
- Manufacturing defects
- Loose seams
- Broken zippers
- Defective straps or buckles
- Problems related to normal wear and tear in the context of the intended use of the product
- Repairs carried out in our workshop or by approved partners
What is not covered
- Loss or theft of the product
- Damage due to improper use (e.g., machine washing, burning, intentional cutting)
- Intentional damage or modification of the product
- Stains or discoloration due to improper maintenance
- Abnormal wear and tear due to improper use (e.g. putting a 30kg beer tap in a duffel bag )

When a repair is possible, we will always do it.
Even if the damage isn't covered by the warranty, we'll offer you a solution: a transparent quote, or sometimes just a phone call to discuss it. Our mission: to make your products last, no matter the cost.
