Shipping Policy

We strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping policy to help guide you through the delivery process of your order.

Shipping Zones and Rates

Deliveries within France:

_ Pickup point: €4, delivered within 2–3 business days

_ Home delivery: €6, delivered within 2 business days

_ Chronopost: €10, delivered the next business day

Deliveries within Europe: €10, delivered within 3–6 business days.

All orders placed before 12 a.m. (business day) are shipped the same day.

Example: If you place your order on Sunday, it will be processed before Monday 12 a.m., shipped on Monday, and follow the delivery times indicated above.

Customs Duties

For orders shipped outside the Eurozone, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country.
These fees are usually around €20–30 for a €150 backpack, but please note that our customers do not pay French VAT on these orders.
This helps offset part of these additional costs.

Customs duties remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local authorities to anticipate any potential charges.

Returns and Exchanges

In just 30 seconds, you can submit your return request using our form available. You have 14 days from receipt of the product (unused) to request a return or exchange.

Free reshipment by Artefact in case of an exchange.

Processing Time

We commit to processing your order within 24 business hours.
Please note that these times are indicative. Carrier performance is beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
(Except in the case of pre-orders – see below.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery in real time.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs of the replacement item are covered by the brand.
For returns due to other reasons (excluding our error), the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Pre-orders

When we offer products on pre-order, the estimated delivery dates are clearly indicated on the product pages.
Please note that these dates may differ from the standard delivery times.
